Step 1: Signing in to Your New Microsoft Office 365 Account    

1. Open your web browser and navigate to: https://portal.office.com    
2. Enter your email address:  user@domain.com
3. Enter your new password:  ************
4. Click "Sign in"    
5. Complete any additional security prompts if required    

First-Time Login Setup    

• You may be prompted to update your password during your first login    
• Follow the on-screen instructions to create a secure password    
• Make note of your new password for future reference    

Step 1: Setting Up Microsoft Authenticator for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)    

Download Microsoft Authenticator    

1. Open your device's app store:

2. Android: Google Play Store    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azure.authenticator&hl=en-US

1. Search for "Microsoft Authenticator"    
2. Download and install the official Microsoft Authenticator app    

Configure Microsoft Authenticator    

1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app    
2. Tap "Begin" or "Get Started"    
3. Grant necessary permissions when prompted    
4. Tap the "+" icon to add an account    
5. Select "Work or School Account"    
6. Choose your preferred setup method:    

1. Scan QR Code: Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on your Office 365 security settings page    
2. Manual Entry: Enter the code provided by your administrator

2. Open your device's app store:

   • Android: Google Play Store link https://url.mytech.diy/f3LtI
3. Or you can search for "Microsoft Outlook"
4. Download and install the official Microsoft Outlook app

1. Open the Outlook app
2. Tap "Get Started"
3. Enter your email address and tap "Continue"
4. Enter your Office 365 password
5. Tap "Sign in"
6. Allow the app to access your account when prompted
7. Complete the setup by following any additional prompts

1. In the Outlook app, tap "Settings"
2. Tap "Add Account"
3. Select "Exchange"
4. Enter the following information:
   • Email: [your email address]
   • Password: [your Office 365 password]
   • Server: outlook.office365.com
   • Domain: [leave blank]
   • Username: [your email address]
5. Tap "Save"
