How to Disable 3CX Mobile App

If you want to temporarily disable the 3CX app without uninstalling it, then please follow these steps below. They will show you how to disable the account and how to reenable it.

Step 1.

Open the 3CX app

Step 2.

Go to the settings on the top left hand side

Step 3.

Select Account Settings

Step 4.

Click the circle to remove the checkmark and disable that SIP account

This will disconnect your mobile phone from 3CX services. If you want to reenable it, simply follow the steps again but in Step 4, click to circle to add the checkmark and reenable 3CX services.
