Under Products & Services/Messaging/Messaging services/Messaging service details/Settings
You will see Inbound messages, if SMS is configured with webhook, you will want messages to "Defer to sender's webhook', otherwise incoming messages will not appear in 3CX. This is not the ONLY setting you need to configure, but it is an important one.
