These are instructions on how to add a signature on outlook.
There are two versions of this, one for Outlook on the Web and one for the regular Outlook App on your computer.

Outlook on the Web
Step 1, go to settings by click on the gear near the top right of the screen. Then Click on View all outlook settings.
Step 2, Click on Mail, then Compose and Reply, there you will see the options for Signatures.
Step 3, Then create a name for your signature and compose your signature. After you are finished, click save. *If you are creating more than one signature, you will need to click create new signature and name it something different.*
Step 4, After you click save, you can scroll down on the screen and find two options. These options are for when to automatically insert your signature when composing an email. Click which options you want then click OK/SAVE.
That concludes all the steps for creating a signature for Outlook on the Web

Step 2, Then, near the bottom left of the screen, click on Options.
Step 3, After that, on the left hand side of the screen that popped up, go to the Mail tab and then find the option that says Signatures.
Step 4, After that, a new screen will pop up that displays the different signature settings. To create a new signature, click on New and enter a name for the signature.
Step 5, compose your signature. After you are done, click save. Afterwards, you can choose when to automatically insert your signature. You can choose to have your signature pop up everytime you create a new message and/or you reply to a message.
Step 6, once you are satisfied with your options, you can click OK.
